“Gangnam style” Rhetorical Analysis
PSY, a Korean pop singer, sings this song; he was the first Korean pop singer who was second prize on the billboard chart in America in Sep 2012. He performed hilarious dancing, but it got a great hit in America. So at that time, all the followers danced to his song, like horse riding.
This song had a big hit. Gangnam Style” hit the 1 billion views milestone in December 2012, 159 days after the video premiered on the platform. At the video’s peak, it netted a notable 14.9 million views per day and still averages 900,000 views per day in 2022. To date, the video has 4.4 billion views and counting. From young children to adults loved this song with horse dancing. At that time, we could see a horse dancing to his music on the square or street where people gather.
